Who We Are & What We Do

We’re a training and coaching firm in Indianapolis, specializing in working with sales and leadership teams helping them be more effective in their work. All of us, Bill Caskey, Bryan Neale, Brooke Green and Jill Vanarsdall, have been working with businesses for over 30 years, collectively.

Sales Training

Best to share with you our philosophy of personal growth.

  • That any real change in results begins with how you think...about yourself, your people, your market, your future, your value, and your customer. Ask us about our 7 Principles Of The Inner Game, if you want to know how to get change quickly in your sales team.
  • That all great training and coaching begins with a thorough assessment of the people to be trained. This means a Quantitative Assessment (we use Hogan) and a Qualitative Assessment (360s or rigorous surveying works.)
  • The individual is where we begin. Companies might call us in to solve a $10,000,000 problem, but it all begins with an individual’s behavior.
  • Content should empower the individual contributor—making him/her stronger in their stance in front of customers. We find that most sales training turns people into clowns. People must sell from strength today, yet most sales training is nothing but process and procedure. Big mistake.
  • You must constantly work on your positioning in front of clients. We believe the “position of the future” is in you being seen as an expert. Everything you do or say must lead your prospect to believe that you’re there not just to sell, but to serve high value.

Leadership Development / Executive Coaching

We work with leaders of companies and departments. Our work with leaders is a combination of

  • A) Team Alignment, where we help your executive team become more aligned with your vision and goals in mind, and
  • B) Executive Coaching, where we work with Junior and Senior Executives helping them use their virtues and mitigate their deficits. This is one on one work on a monthly basis.
  • C) Talent Assessment, where we help you know who your high potential leaders are who are and what development they need to lead in the future.

We use the Hogan Assessments in our work with both sales and leadership teams. After researching hundreds of Instruments, we chose Hogan because of the depth of analysis each of their three profiles provides. It allows us to use the Instrument to coach behaviors that need changing. If you have a team that requires coaching, call us to run a complimentary Hogan HPI including feedback.
