How To Build a Dental Practice. (Or Any Practice)

Spoke at the Indiana University School of Dentistry yesterday in Dr. Jim Sarbinoff’s class. These guys are sharp–they’re periodontists, getting ready to graduate in May.

As with most schools who teach some type of technical competency, there isn’t much attention given to how to build a practice–so that was our focus in this 90-minute talk.
