Bill has written several books and ebooks. The most widely-known is Same Game New Rules, published first in 2001 and now in it’s 3rd printing. The book has been shipped all over the world – 23 countries and counting.
In the book, Bill speaks of the principle of High Intent, a way of thinking that takes fear totally out of the sales process. It is one of his most discussed and analyzed principles–and has been responsible for people all over the world changing their perspective of what selling really is.
Bill also compiled a list of the most common 100 sales scenarios and calls it The Playbook. It is a wonderful way to train your sales team. Take a few different scenarios and use it at sales meetings. Scenario learning is rapidly becoming the preferred method of adult learning in business.
