Brooke: good video. I guess the ultimate take-away is that every customer encounter needs to be planned out BEFORE you meet with the customer. You really need to have thought out how you are going to motivate them to move to the next step before the meeting starts. Otherwise you’re just going to end up paying for a lot of very nice lunches…
