Two Sales Trainers Talk About What Your Time Is Worth

by Bill Caskey on January 12, 2009

Sales consultant (and former trainer), Dave Stein and I spoke for 10 minutes the other day on the topic of, “What is a salesperson’s time worth?”

This is from the sales trainer’s perspective and comes as a result of many years, on both of our parts, in working with high achieving sales forces. It’s one of our common frustrations — that most sales people waste a lot of time. And time is your #1 asset for success.

I’d seen Dave’s blog where he addressed the topic–and he’d seen mine where I’d followed. See this post called “What Is Your Selling Time Worth?” for background.

Here’s an audio interview you might get some value out of.

If you’re a sales manager, run this MP3 off for your team and have a discussion about it at your next sales meeting.
