MasterMinds is a professional training and development program for sales and account people. The elements of MasterMinds are STRATEGY, COMMUNITY, and ACCOUNTABILITY. For over 20 years, Caskey has created peer groups of sales professionals and this program is no different. However, we’re making some substantial changes to curriculum including introducing subject matter experts into the mix.

MasterMinds Structure
Each month the MasterMinds program includes two meetings as well as a video recap of the meetings, teleseminar, spot coaching (as needed) and complete materials. The following is an outline of the curriculum structure of the monthly meetings.
Pre-Work
Each month, you will get an assignment to work on prior to the calls. It will take about an hour per month. These are important in that they prepare your mind to learn the main curriculum topics.
Curriculum Topics
This is the core focus for the month and it will have to do with skills and strategies to grow your business. See the next page for a complete list of the Modules.
Scenario Learning
This portion of the work is about learning how to handle the most difficult scenarios in selling. Scenario Learning is rapidly becoming the most relevant, effective form of adult learning.
MasterMinds Idea Exchange
Each month, we’ll devote some time to the exchange of ideas—tactics—strategies—attitudes that we have used to acquire clients. This is the main idea of MasterMinds—a way to tap into the talent in the room.
Outside Expert
Each month, we will invite a subject matter expert that embodies the Caskey philosophy but does so in a subject area that we don’t cover. For example, one of our first guests will be Jill Konrath, who has “written the book” on selling to large companies.
Post Session Assignments
Each class will end with an assignment that you are recommended to do in the field. Sometimes these assignments will be reading/listening, while other times they’ll be action oriented in front of a prospect or client.
